I have experience and expertise helping treat the following nutrition-related conditions:
Diabetes, type 1 & type 2
High blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia
Chronic Kidney Disease (recent labs must be provided)
Celiac Disease & medically diagnosed food allergies
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Eating Disorder Nutrition Counseling
I am thrilled that you are here. Healing relationships with food is a journey that takes patience, courage, & support.
My approach to nutrition counseling is scientific: I provide evidence to challenge disordered eating voices and/or diet-culture myths.
I stand behind the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.
Each journey to recovery is unique. Together we will decide how to embark on the road ahead and discover which path works for you. My goal is to help my patients see the strength and resilience that lies within them, face their fears, and trust the process of recovery.
